Description
Very deep ruby, with violet and purple nuances. A complex combination of aromas takes over the nose: fresh red and black fruits (strawberries, cassis, blackberries, blueberries), bitter cocoa, roasted notes (coffee), together with the perfume of the spirit used. In the mouth, the described precursors are repeated and candied fruit flavours (figs) also appear.
The tannins remain firm and moderately sucrose.
