Characteristics: Pasta filata cheese, ideal for grilling, made with cow's milk.
Flavor: Smooth, pleasant, sweet.
Texture: Hard, compact, semi-consistent, melts evenly and steadily.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: A minimum of 60 days, reaching 120 days, between 7° and 15 °C, in our cellar.
Pairing: Barrel-aged red wines. Full-bodied.
Cut: In 175g slices for grilling or baking.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
