Texture: Hard, compact, semi-consistent, melts evenly and steadily.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 180 days, between 7° and 15 °C, in our cellar.
Pairing: It combines well with red wines with good tannic structure.
Cut: In 175g slices for grilling or baking.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: 350g two units. 175g one unit. Vacuum packed.
