Cabral Cheese:
Characteristics: A cheese with a creamy and smooth paste that is accompanied by a fine line of carob ash inside, which gives it its particular flavour and personality.
Flavor: Smooth when young, medium intensity when ripe.
Smoky Braid:
Characteristics: Hand braided, made with cow's milk. Light brown on the outside and yellowish on the inside of its spun paste. It is consumed with the shell. After its preparation and salting, it is naturally smoked, achieving an intense and special flavor.
Flavor: Ideal for cheese boards, fillings, rice gratins, pastas or also finely sliced by machine.
