It is a distillate that combines the elegance of its floral bouquet with the balanced presence of the finest fruity notes, typical of the paradigmatic cluster of Argentina.
OBTAINING PROCESS
While the fermentation of this Malbec is taking place, the grape marc is soaked in aromatic fermentation compounds. When it reaches the decanting tank, the grape marc (seeds and skins) is separated from the base wine and taken to a distillation column. By means of steam drag, at the appropriate temperatures and in 3 successive distillations, the alcohols and compounds that give this Malbec grape marc distillate great aromatic complexity and delicacy are obtained.
