Taste: Fresh and with personality. Light notes of very pleasant acidity.

Maturation: 60 days in our cellars.
Pairing: This classic of classics complements perfectly with a white wine with good fruit or a very fresh rosé.
Cutting: 3mm slices parallel to the face of the cheese.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
