Description
Characteristics: Chorizo en sarta is the most typical chorizo in Spain: it is a casing in the shape of the letter “U” and its diameter is small, approximately 2 cm. Chorizos that are tied in this particular way are called “sart” or “herradura”.
Flavor: Slightly spicy and sweet, with floral notes of authentic Spanish paprika standing out.

Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
