Description
Characteristics: This is a typical sausage from the gastronomy of Navarra. It is characterized by containing beef and pork, both finely chopped to give it a homogeneously granulated appearance. Its final shape is the typical 'candle'. Its red-orange color is due to the content of Spanish paprika.
Flavor: Full, slightly spicy and sweet.
Region: Navarra, Spain.
Maturation: 1 month.
Cut: In thin slices.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
