Description
Characteristics: A classic aged sausage from the Navarra region, with pleasant hints of sweet and smoky paprika. It is usually served in thin slices to be eaten as tapas and sandwiches. Its calibre is 40 mm and its length is close to 40 cm.
Flavor : Slightly spicy and sweet.
Region: Spain.
Maturation: 30 days.
Cut: Fine slices.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
