Description
Greenish yellow with golden highlights. The floral notes appear amalgamated with other typical notes of stone fruit (peach, apricot) and tropical fruit (pineapple). On the palate, it is smooth and has a fine succulence.
Harvest year: 2016.
Variety: 100% Viognier from Altamira.
Alcoholic fermentation: 90% in stainless steel tanks. 10% in barrels.
Breeding: 6 months, 100% French, second use.
