Description
Characteristics: Made from cow's milk, this is a traditional Argentinian cheese with a creamy and silky texture. Slightly bitter, this cheese is ideal for breakfast or for melting.
Taste: Very smooth, slightly bitter at the end.
Texture: Soft and creamy dough, ideal to accompany the Rosette de Lyon.
Region: Province of Córdoba.
Maturation: 120 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Pairs very well with fruity red wines such as Malbec.
Cutting: In triangular portions of 2 or 3 mm. thickness.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container , with zipper closure .
