Characteristics: Sopresatta is a pork-based sausage processed only with lean cuts (rump, shoulder, fillet or leftover ham) and packed in a large intestine, tied by hand with a natural thread.
Flavor: Slightly spicy.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 3 to 12 weeks.
Cut: Cut into thin slices with a knife.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
