Description
Characteristics: It comes from pigs that have been fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs. It is made in a traditional way with the salting-post-salting-washing process.
Flavor: Smooth and tasty.
Region: Southwest Spain.
Maturation: 24 to 36 months.
Cut: In thin slices, machine cut.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
