Flavor: Intense and consistent, it highlights all the typical properties of a 100% goat cheese.
Texture: Compact, elastic and pale white in color.
Region: Huacalera, Jujuy.
Maturation: 6 months in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: With Rutini Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cutting: In small triangles 3mm thick.
Storage: In SANTI packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: In our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
