Bratwurst (white): Pure pork sausages with egg white and fresh parsley. Unsmoked, very soft. Ideal for breakfast.
Hungarian: Pork and beef sausages. Coarsely chopped, seasoned and smoked.
Boudin Blanc (large white): Chicken white sausages, heavy cream, bread crumbs and bacon.
To get the best flavor we recommend grilling or roasting them.
The price corresponds to a 300g package of the chosen variety. Approximately 4 to 5 units depending on the batch.
