Description
Characteristics: Strawberry red in colour, with a compact and soft texture, sprinkled with white bacon. The addition of pepper and fresh garlic gives it a characteristic aroma and an unmistakable flavour. Made with pork, chopped into large pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
Taste: Harmony of flavour without predominance of salt, correct flavour ratio between meat and bacon.
Region: Santa Fe.
Maturation: 2 to 3 months.
Cut: With a knife.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
