Description
Characteristics: This is a coarsely chopped sausage of a bright dark red colour that has a regular appearance, firm to the touch but with a certain elasticity. In addition, it stands out for being a salami with an intense aroma and contains black peppercorns.
Flavor: Spicy, low in salt and slightly peppery.

Maturation: 30 to 60 days.
Court: With a knife.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
