Description
Clear currant pink with coppery nuances. The wine offers pleasant floral notes (jasmine), dried fruit (almond, walnut), coconut and vanilla, in a discreet oak frame.
The first sip reveals a dry and distinguished attack. It surprises the palate with its vivacity. But it is after several minutes that the consistency of this unique rosé appears.
The first accents of red fruits (cherry) complete the palate, followed by an elegant, fresh and soft acidity with some saline traces.
A wine with a long and pleasant aftertaste, it shows harmony and good balance thanks to the measured ageing time in oak which gave it an atypical structure.
