Characteristics: The distinctive appearance of its reddish exterior is the natural color given to it by sweet paprika.
Flavor: Extremely creamy, smooth and buttery.
Texture: Very creamy.
Region: Villa Maria, Cordoba.
Maturation: 30 days in our cellar, between 4° and 8°.
Pairing: An interesting combination is with full-bodied white wines. For example, a Chardonnay with some aging in barrels. Another option is with Brut Nature sparkling wine.
Cut: Small triangles.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
