Characteristics: This cheese is a great discovery. It weighs 2.3kg and has been matured for 12 months. It has a very soft and delicate flavour. It is one of those cheeses that you can't stop eating!
Flavor: Very smooth, slightly sweet, with notes of nuts.
Texture: Slightly grainy and somewhat pasty.
Region: Los Toldos, Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 12 months, between 16 and 18°, in our cellar.
Pairing: It combines perfectly with a Chardonnay aged in barrels.
Cutting: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Conservation: In refrigerator.
