Features: Our version of the traditional Argentinian Black Cáscara. Carefully aged for 5 months, it recalls the taste of this classic
Flavor: Smooth, pleasant, slightly spicy on the palate, and very aromatic thanks to its 150-day maturation.
Texture: Compact, brittle, granular.
Region: San Marcos Sud , Cordoba.
Maturation: 5 months, between 16 and 18°, in our cellar.
Pairing: It combines perfectly with a chardonnay aged in barrels.
Court: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to retain moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
