Characteristics: Made with cow's milk, with a brown shell typical of smoked cheeses.
Flavor: Delicate inside, the smoky flavor intensifies towards its edible shell.
Texture: Pale yellow, elastic, and soft dough.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 90 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Light red wines, dry sparkling wines.
Cut: In rectangular slices of 2 or 3 mm thick.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
