Characteristics: Made from cow's milk, it is a semi-cured cheese that is usually presented in the form of a large wheel, with a rough, yellowish rind.
Flavor: Slightly bitter, with a semi-intense and creamy flavor on the palate .
Texture: Semi-soft on its surface, but with a semi-hard paste that can be used for grating and melting.
Region: Suipacha, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: Between 60 and 70 days in our cellar at 4° .
Pairing: This emblematic melting cheese combines very well with white , dry and sparkling wines with good acidity and freshness.
Cut: In thin 3mm slices.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure .
