Description
Characteristics: Made from cow's milk, it has a firm and smooth texture, pale yellow in colour, which melts in the mouth without the need to heat it. It is a special cheese to be heated, as it melts into a creamy and buttery mass.
Taste: A distinctively aromatic flavour, which intensifies when heated. It is strong, rich in wine notes and with an acidic accent.
Texture: Semi-soft, buttery and elastic.
Region: La Laguna, Cordoba.
Maturation: a minimum of 120 days, between 5° and 9°C, in our cellar.
Pairing: with fruity white wines.
Cut: in thin 2mm slices.
Storage: in Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
