Characteristics: Handcrafted cheese made from buffalo milk.

Taste: Balanced with nutty notes and herbal aromas.

Texture: Brittle and astringent texture.

Region: South of the province of Córdoba.

Maturation: 3 to 4 months.

Pairing: With full-bodied red wines.

Cutting: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.

Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.

Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
