Description
Characteristics: Produced with 100% buffalo milk, with a semi-hard, compact and firm paste, matured in our cellars.
Taste: Slightly intense, the traditional flavour of buffalo cheeses is perceived.
Texture: Pasty and brittle.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: Between 90 and 150 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cutting: In 3mm thick triangles.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
