Description
Characteristics: Cylindrical shape with a round opening in the centre. Made with cow's milk.
Flavor: Smooth when young, medium intensity when ripe.
Texture: Soft and creamy, the rind is flowery with a light, silky white down with striations, like velvet.
Region: Villa Maria, Cordoba.
Maturation: A minimum of 20 days, up to 60 days, between 4° and 8 °C, in our cellar.
Pairing: With fruity white wines.
Cut: In small wedges.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
