Description
Characteristics: It is characterized by its white rind and creamy texture, with hints of cream. Its ovoid shape gives it a velvety white skin and gives it a particular flavor.
Flavor: Smooth and buttery, with no traces of bitterness and a clean flavor.
Texture: Compact and firm when young. As it matures it becomes creamier and its aroma intensifies.
Region: Villa Maria, Cordoba.
Maturation: 30 days in our cellar between 4° and 8°.
Pairing: Chardonnay, Syrah, Malbec.
Cut: Small slices perpendicular to the cheese.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
