Description
Characteristics: Authentic Provolone di Santa Rosa, hard, long-matured. Originating in Northern Italy, in the Lombardy region, and dating back to Roman times.
Flavor: Slightly spicy, it has a high aromatic development, intense, highlighting smells and aromas that are far from lactic, such as the fruity smell, walnut, toasted almonds and may even present notes of smell reminiscent of coffee.
Texture: Compact, consistent, brittle fracture and fine grain.
Region: North San Jeronimo , Santa Fe.
Maturation: 8 months between 16 and 18°, in our cellar.
Pairing: Intense red wines aged in barrels, red or black beer.
Court: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: In our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
