Description
Characteristics: Own Italian-style recipe made with cow's milk, with a well-developed aroma.
Taste: Tasty, full-bodied and characterful, slightly salty when aged for 360 days.
Texture: Compact, consistent, brittle fracture and fine grain.
Region: Uncle Pujio, Córdoba.
Maturation: 10 months between 16 and 18°, in our cellar
Pairing: Intense red wines aged in barrels.
Cutting: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
