Description
Characteristics: We use our SANTI 6-month Parmesan, one of the most complex cheeses due to its flavour and aroma. Our own Italian-style recipe made with cow's milk.
Flavor: Smooth, pleasant and sweet when matured for 180 days.
Texture: compact, brittle, granular.
Region: Uncle Pujio, Córdoba.
Maturation: six months, between 16 and 18°, in our cellar
Pairing: intense red wines with low tannin content.
Cutting: grated manually at the time.
Storage: in a plastic container, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: in airtight plastic container.
