Description
Characteristics: Our Parmesan marinated in a secret mix of different balsamic vinegars that give it just the right amount of sweetness and acidity.
Taste: Slightly sweet on the palate with an acidic finish typical of authentic balsamic vinegar.
Texture: Granular, hard paste.
Region: Tandil, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 30 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Due to the association of colour and organoleptic characteristics, a medium-bodied red wine cannot fail to accompany it. A spicy Syrah or a fleshy Merlot.
Cut: Irregular cuts to highlight the texture of the grain.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
