Characteristics: White and pale mass, ideal for green salads,
Taste: Smooth when young, it intensifies and highlights all the typical properties of a 100% goat cheese when mature.
Texture: Compact, elastic and pale white in colour.
Region: Traslasierra, Córdoba.
Maturation: 4 months in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: With Rutini Syrah.
Cutting: In small triangles 3mm thick.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: In our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
