Description
Characteristics: For many, this is the tastiest part of raw ham. Sliced into small, cross-cut slices, it is ideal for sandwiches. Its marbled slice (the intersection of parts of bacon and parts of meat) guarantees a pleasant balance of flavours on the palate, being the least salty part of the ham.

Cut: In thin crosswise slices, machine cut.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
