Cut: In 3cm thick slices to then grill on a griddle or in a frying pan.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Each 300g portion is cut into 3 longitudinal slices.
