Description
Characteristics: Made from cow's milk, its main characteristics are its numerous smooth, shiny eyes, 1 to 2.5 cm in diameter and its large size, with molds that can weigh up to 47 kg.
Flavor: Smooth, pleasant and sweet when ripened for between 50 and 70 days; after this period it begins to take on a spicier and more aromatic flavor.
Texture: Firm and elastic, uniform yellowish-white color
Region: San Carlos Sud, Santa Fe.
Maturation: Mild between 50 and 70 days, intense between 90 and 120 days.
Pairing: We suggest dry sparkling wine such as brut nature or white wines with good freshness.
Cutting: In small triangular or rectangular slices depending on the portion.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
