Taste: Smooth when young, it intensifies and highlights all the typical properties of a 100% goat cheese when mature.
Texture: Compact, granular and pale white in color.
Region: San Juan.
Maturation: 30 days in our cellar between 4 and 8° .
Pairing: The red Syrah or Cabernet Franc strains go very well with this tasty cheese.
Cutting: Break into irregular cubes.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure
