Characteristics: Gorgonzola is a raw cheese of straw-white colour, whose blue-green veins are due to the fermentation process through the cultivation of moulds.
Flavor: It is creamy and smooth, with a particular and characteristic flavor, slightly spicy in the sweet variety.
Region: Novara, Italy.
Maturation: 50 days at origin.
Pairing: Riesling.
Cut: Shelled in irregular cuts.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
