Description
Characteristics: Local version of the original Fontina Valdostana, with elastic, shiny and creamy paste, with small eyes.
Flavor: Sweet and fragrant aroma.
Texture: Semi-soft, smooth and shiny. Straw yellow in color.
Region: Santa Fe.
Maturation: A minimum of 90 days, reaching 10 days, between 7° and 15 °C, in our cellar.
Pairing: With fresh rosé wines, fruity whites or young red wines with little color.
Cut: In 3mm thick triangles.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
