Description
Characteristics: Semi-hard cheese, with a brittle and shiny paste.
Taste: It is a soft cheese with a smooth and delicate texture. It may have small holes. It is slightly straw-coloured. Its flavour is intense and spicy.
Region: Suipacha, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 120 days in our cellar, between 4° and 8°.
Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cut: In small triangles.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
