Description
Characteristics: Semi-hard, elastic dough with small characteristic eyes. Can be used as a cheese for a soft fondue.
Flavor: Fresh and fragrant, slightly sweet in taste.
Texture: Semi-hard , smooth and shiny dough.
Region: Córdoba.
Maturation: Between 60 and 70 days in our cellar at 4° .
Pairing: Pairs very well with a Chardonnay aged in barrels. Medium-structured reds that do not hide the flavor of the cheese.
Cut: In thin triangles 2mm thick.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure .
