Description
Characteristics: Produced with 80% sheep's milk and 20% goat's milk, with a fresh and crumbly paste. Ideal for salads or marinated in olive oil.
Flavor: Slightly salty, full-bodied and very fresh on the palate.
Texture: Granular, brittle and compact.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires, Tandil.
Maturation: 60 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Light red wines, whites with good acidity or sparkling wines.
Cutting: It can be shelled or cut into irregular cubes.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
