Description
Sparkling wine with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and elderflower, jasmine and linden, fully amalgamated with the fermentative aromas and yeast lysis. Good acidity and practically no sugar dosage to highlight the freshness. It goes well with raw seafood appetizers such as oysters, scallops and ceviches and also light pâtés.
