Characteristics: One of its distinctive features compared to other breeds of white pig is its percentage of fat infiltrated in the muscle mass, higher than that of other breeds of white pig. In addition, its hooves are black, which makes it even more similar to the Iberian pig. For all these reasons, it is the only breed that can be crossed with Iberian pigs , in accordance with the Iberian Quality Standard. Approximate weight of 8kg per piece.
