Description
Characteristics: Pamplona chorizo (or chorizo pamplonanica) is a typical sausage from the gastronomy of Navarra. It is characterized by containing beef and pork, both finely chopped to give it a homogeneously granulated appearance.
Flavor: Seasoned with paprika, it has an intense and slightly spicy flavor with a sweet aftertaste.
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 30 days.
Cut: In thin slices.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Vacuum packed, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure.
