Description
Taste: Cheddar is a very versatile cheese, with a hard, strong flavour that evolves over time. It has various intensities, ranging from smooth and creamy to spicy and pasty.
Texture: compact, consistent, brittle fracture and pasty grain.
Region: Tandil, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 4 months in our cellar between 15° and 17°
Pairing: Fruity red or rosé wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, strong beers.
Cutting: break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Storage: in Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container, with zipper closure
