Characteristics: It is a hard cheese, cylindrical in shape, in 20kg moulds. The rind is covered by its characteristic fabric that distinguishes it from other cheeses.
Flavor: Cheddar is a versatile, strong-flavored cheese that evolves over time, with varying intensities ranging from smooth and creamy to spicy and pasty.
Texture: Compact, consistent, brittle fracture and fine grain.
Region: Lincoln, Province of Buenos Aires.
Pairing: Medium-intensity red wines harmonize spectacularly well with this hard cheese.
Cutting: Break up the shell into small irregular pieces with the tip of a knife.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
