Texture: Semi-dark brown dough. Rough and brittle texture.

Maturation: 12,00 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Light red wines, dry sparkling wines.
Court: In rectangular slices of 2 or 3 mm thick.
Conservation: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavor and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container, with zip closure
