Description
Characteristics: It is a soft, creamy cow's milk cheese with a white mold rind produced in Villa María, Córdoba.
Flavor: Smooth and delicate when young, intense and deep-flavored as it matures.
Texture: Velvety on the rind, creamy on the inside.
Region: Villa Maria, Cordoba.
Maturation: 30 days in our cellar, between 4° and 8°.
Pairing: It combines very well with a Viognier in whites and in reds a young Syrah is a good option.
Cut: Small triangles .
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
