Description
Characteristics: 100% sheep's milk cheese that celebrates the Italian tradition in semi-hard cheeses made with this type of milk. Made in small 1-kilo moulds and carefully aged in our cellars, it is an excellent cheese to eat alone or to accompany with coarsely chopped salami.
Taste: Intermediate, ideal for a mild palate. Aromatic, highlighting the typical notes of sheep's milk cheeses with controlled maturation.
Texture: Firm and soft dough .
Region: Magdalena, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 6 months
Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon
Cut: In thin triangles 2mm thick.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
